About Alpharetta, Georgia

Alpharetta Georgia was for the most part a modest small farm town until GA 400 (a highway originally built from I-285 north through North Fulton County and all the way through Forsyth County and into Lumpkin county) had an extra leg attached on it's south end. This extension had a toll attached and upon completion in 1993 attached GA 400 and all the communities it flowed through, south from I285 and directly into downtown Atlanta. It didn't take long for builders and developers to jump at the chance to buy up property and begin building what would soon become one of Atlanta's most affluent suburbs.

After years of selling real estate in and around Alpharetta, we were happy to relocate permanently in the heart of this beautiful Atlanta suburb. Friendly folks, award winning schools, activities for all - young and old. We spend our free time on walking paths, bicycling, rollerblading, visiting the equestrian park and enjoying the convenience of having all of the necessities of life being right here close to home. Outside of work, there's just not much need to stray away from Alpharetta. We like that.

Alpharetta real estate offers a truly terrific home for lovers of the suburban lifestyle. Wow, what things have developed here even just in the last decade! You'll be impressed. Atlanta is consistently ranked one of the top cities in the U.S. for business and family life, and Alpharetta is one of the hottest markets in Atlanta for both commercial and residential real estate. Excellent schools, shopping, and access to jobs combined with plenty of green space and a down-home country atmosphere have made Alpharetta one of the premiere locations in Atlanta today.

Alpharetta, east & west of 400 is a very popular area for residents. Wills Park at the corner of Old Milton Parkway and Wills Road (just west of GA 400), will give you and your family all the park pleasures you could want - pool, softball, a huge playground, open areas, tennis, basketball, indoor facilities and even an equestrian area. Alpharetta's 4th of July fireworks display is even held there. Dog owners will also love the dog park that has been added - open dawn to dusk. Park at the Will's Park community on Roswell Street and walk behind the building to find the lovely fully fenced area that has been set aside so our furry little friends to play together. The park is separated to offer an area for larger dog breeds and another for the smaller models.
